comprehensive before and after sales service and support through
our global sales network and dedicated Technical Support Group (TSG).
We have a trained team of scientists and
engineers available to answer questions regarding the technical
capabilities of our products, assist in the selection and design
of filtration systems to meet specific user requirements, provide
troubleshooting and advisory services, carry out contract integrity
testing and instrument servicing and deliver tailored training programs.
Laboratory Services Group
The Laboratory Services Group (LSG) has historically been
focused on the quality control testing and release of incoming materials
(e.g. Filtration membranes and media) used in the cartridge filter
manufacturing process. However, as part of a major investment program
at the Birtley site, the laboratory facilities have recently seen
a complete refurbishment. This has not only doubled the available
bench pace in the new state of the art facilities, but has also
expanded the services available through LSG for both internal and
external customers.
Expanded services have been particularly focused on delivery of
a full validation service for customer products with domnick hunter
filters, increased capability for internal product validation to
meet expansion in new and current product ranges and an enhanced
ability to support market and customer specific scientific studies.
