Ringtons report fantastic cost savings with MAXIGAS nitrogen generators from Parker domnick hunter

Ringtons, the family owned specialists of high quality teas and coffees has reported fantastic cost savings and increased efficiency since the installation of a MAXIGAS nitrogen gas generator system from Parker domnick hunter in July 2007.
By making its gas supply on-site, Ringtons now cost effectively satisfy its nitrogen gas requirements for modified atmosphere packaging (MAP).
Established since 1907, Ringtons has enjoyed continual growth for the past 100 years and attribute its success to an unrivalled taste and freshness, which is facilitated by a special packaging process.
For many years, the company operated a membrane system to meet its nitrogen requirements. However, with hire charges of around £11k per annum plus additional gas costs, the company identified the opportunity to save costs and therefore selected a MAXIGAS nitrogen generator system.
MAXIGAS is the cost effective alternative to other nitrogen gas sources due to an exceptionally low lifecycle ownership cost and quick payback, in addition to the elimination of on-going expenses such as cylinder refills, order processing and delivery charges. Moreover, MAXIGAS offers exceptional food grade nitrogen at a controlled flow, pressure and purity.

Installed in July 2007 at the Ringtons site in Longbenton, Newcastle Upon Tyne, the nitrogen generators complement other Parker domnick hunter products which are also operational at the site such as OIL-X EVOLUTION and PNEUDRI compressed air filters and dryers respectively.
