Peter Riddell
Product Manager
Development Liquids

"I'm the proverbial bad penny that keeps turning up. I began life with dh as a 12 week placement student in 1982, left 13 months later to continue my studies and then returned after a year to join the product development team in the newly formed Process Filtration Division.

In 1993, after a two year excursion into the process engineering industry, I returned to dh with the specific remit to develop a range of products for beverage applications.

It has been extremely rewarding to work with a number of key brewing and winemaking customers, identifying their needs and translating these into functional products for the beverage industry in general. In my current role, the story continues as my responsibilities involve maximising the use of these products in the market. And it never stops there. As a company, we are continually challenged to find new solutions to the needs of our customers, so I still work intimately with the sales, manufacturing and technical teams within dh - which all goes towards an interesting, if somewhat busy, life."
