The Filtration Group - Europe is part of the Parker Hannifin Corporation and specialises in the technologies of filtration, purification and separation. These technologies are of growing importance worldwide, driven by the demands of c onsumers for cleaner and purer products, more sophisticated production processes and equipment and more stringent requirements for health, safety and environmental protection.

Who do we look for?

We are ideally looking for newly qualified graduates and those with an additional 1 to 2 years experience. However, we believe that talent doesn't just come from those with a degree. That's why we are opening our Management Development programmes to all people who have a good track record either academically or at work and who can demonstrate outstanding potential.

Programmes

For those who meet our criteria, we can offer real responsibility right from day one with a choice of technical and commercial career routes which allow you to gain real exposure in hands-on roles and projects and in some cases a combination of both UK-based and overseas placements.

Currently we have placements within the UK and Holland. All programmes run for 2 years. Each discipline delivers a different training and development programme but all operate in fast-paced, pressurised environments and are supported by extensive coaching/mentoring by experienced managers.

Operations/Technical roles

If you're interested in working on the technical side, we are looking for team members in the fields of Lean Management and Supply Chain Management. As a result you'll have a degree or demonstrable track record of experience in Operations or Engineering.

Sales and Marketing

If you're looking for a commercial career, we offer roles in Sales and would expect a degree in a related field or relevant experience.
