Getting paid while you learn might sound too good to be true –but as an Apprentice with domnick hunter you really do get the best of both worlds. Apprentices learn on the job, building up knowledge and skills, gaining qualifications and earning money all at the same time.
Apprenticeships are a fantastic way to further your career plans. They are ideal for young people, who are looking for a career with domnick hunter, and who are willing to commit to up to 2 years of training and study to get there.
There are different levels of Apprenticeship available, but they all lead to National Vocational Qualifications (NVQs), Key Skill qualifications and, in most cases, a Technical Certificate such as BTEC or City and Guilds.
domnick hunter offer Clerical Apprenticeships in Business Administration and AAT (Accounts) and also Mechanical/Electrical Apprenticeships. The training is managed by Access Training, who are accredited as a Centre of Vocational Excellence in Business and Management. Whilst domnick hunter provide you with the training in the workplace, Access Training will organise your off the job training either at its Centre or at a local college.
To apply for an Apprenticeship programme you must be between the ages of 16 and 25 and have at least 5 GCSE Grade C or above. It is certainly not an easy option and we are looking for hard working, motivated and ambitious young people. However, it is often a very rewarding decision, which will open up many opportunities for you in the future.
